New mod: Stars for post count and regular membergroups together

If you are in a membergroup that isn't based on post counts, normally you won't have stars from your post count membergroup.  I installed a mod just now that allows you to have stars for your primary membergroup (if you have one) and still keep your post count stars. 

While this doesn't mean much right now, it will soon enough.  As of yet there are only 3 post count membergroups, and I'm at a loss for what to add as new ones.
